Events; like people come in all shapes and sizes, some are very technical dependant whilst some are less so. We understand that as a venue, your sales and customer services teams don’t always have the extensive technical knowledge or knowhow to be able to provide adequate technical support.
We pride ourselves on the support that we’re able to provide when first speaking to a client about their event. We can be involved as much or as little as you require, attending meetings on site, communicating directly with the client or simply providing a view on what your sales teams have specified for an event.
By taking this approach we’re able to get involved earlier on in the booking process to ensure that your client has exactly what they require onsite waiting for them when they arrive at your venue.
